Aduana Stars operations manager George Gyau has ripped into referee A.B Mohammed after his side lost 1-0 against Heart of Lions.
The top official of the Dorma-based was incensed by the performance of the centre referee, accusing him of masterminding their defeat.
“The referee put the results in his own pocket. We had a clear penalty in the first half, but the he refused to award us, but rather awarded a dubious penalty to Lions,” he told Kumasi-based Metro FM
“Despite all these frustrations, we managed to earn the equalizer, but the referee surprising disallowed it and as of now we don’t know the reason why the referee denied us that equalizer.”
