Great Olympics captain Godwin Attram says Aduana Stars’ position in the First Capital Plus League is greatly aided by poor officiating.
The Wonder club felt hard done after picking up a point rather than all three in their 1-1 draw away to the Fire side in Dormaa on Sunday.
Aduana Stars needed a late penalty to draw even.
And though the point sees Olympics move momentarily above the relegation zone, captain Godwin Attram believes his side were robbed of a victory.
The former Ghana youth captain claims this has been a regular feature all season long with Aduana Stars the major beneficiary.
“I don’t think Aduana Stars deserve to be second in the league,” he said.
“They are just benefiting from bad officiating.
“This is what is killing the game in Ghana. When they [Aduana] came to Accra and had fair officiating, they won the game.
“We come here and it is a different story all together.”
