According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Italian international centre-back and AC Milan captain Alessio Romagnoli (26), after six seasons spent playing for Rossoneri, is getting more and more likely to part ways with his current parent club. With only a year-long deal left, no extension agreement has been achieved, meaning Serie A side are meant to put him up for sale, in order to get some, and not lose Romagnoli as a free agent.

More of the same, Romagnoli kind of lost his position as a regular, throughout current season. AC Milan manager, Stefano Pioli, is in fact mostly relying on the duo including Simon Kjaer and Fikayo Tomori, deeming both of the player more proficient than AS Roma alumni.

Roughly worth 30 million euros, former Sampdoria player has previously been pursued by a bunch of clubs all around Europe, namely Chelsea, Juventus, Real Madrid, and both Manchester giants. Throughout his AC Milan overall tenure, he collected 221 caps (league, national and international cups included), scoring 9 goals in total.
