Abia Warriors midfielder Ojonugwa Adejoh has expressed confidence ahead of their upcoming NPFL matchday 27 clash against Nasarawa United on Sunday, March 2, 2025, Nigeriasoccernet.com can report.

After securing a 0-0 draw against Kwara United to end their eight-game home winning streak, Abia Warriors have now shifted their focus to securing maximum points at home.

Speaking with the club’s media team, Adejoh emphasized the high morale in the squad and their determination to follow the coach’s game plan.

"There are positive minds in the Warriors camp now; everyone is excited at the results we've gotten so far. The morale of the players is high, and we are focused on securing all three points."

The Kogi State-born midfield enforcer further stressed the importance of executing the tactical instructions of head coach Erasmus Onuh.

"We will stick to the TA's instructions and play our game. The most important thing is for us to just get the three points."

Currently sitting in 5th place with 40 points, Abia Warriors will be aiming to strengthen their position in the NPFL standings, while Nasarawa United, who are in 17th place with 30 points, will be fighting to escape the relegation zone.

The match is set to take place at the Umuahia Township Stadium, with kickoff scheduled for 3 PM.
