After about 28 more minutes played, there was nothing to choose between the two sides as the encounter went into penalties.
Goalkeeper Sharp Uzoigwe made a save and Warriors' starlet, Ayodele Ezekiel showed composure to score the decisive penalty to hand Abia Warriors the trophy.
The two teams will represent Abia State in the Federation Cup.
