Ghana star Andre Ayew will only extend his stay at the Stade Velodrome if Olympique Marseille make a favourable offer.
The winger’s contract expires in the summer and it looks like he is headed for the exit door.
His father Abedi Pele, a Marseille legend, is not ruling out a stay at the club if they meet his son’s terms and conditions.
“It’s the life of a footballer to dream of going to another level,” he continued, “ but in the case of Andre, he is the child of the club. It’s important to be objective: he is loved and he does a good job at Marseille.
“It’s OM’s proposition that he needs to consider first.”
Andre joined Marseille in 2005 and graduated to the senior squad before making his debut in 2007.
He was farmed out to Lorient and Arles-Avignon which helped his development.
