Bayer Leverkusen forward Victor Boniface has for the fifth consecutive time won the Bundesliga Rookie of the Month, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.
The Nigeria international has won all previous four of the award since his move to German in the summer.
Having netted three goals and provided three assists in the last month of the year, the 22-year-old coveted the award for December.
Boniface has won the award for the month of August, September, October, November and now December.
Meanwhile, the lanky striker added to his tally on the night he was announced as the winner of the gong, scoring ones in Die Weskelf 4-0 over Bochum in the league.
The striker has registered ten goals in 16 league appearances for Leverkusen this season.
