2024 CWCL: Morocco to host highly anticipated showpiece in November

The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has confirmed that Morocco will once again host the CAF Women's Champions League Finals. The tournament, set to take place from November 9th to 23rd, 2024, will feature eight top-tier women's clubs from across Africa competing for the coveted title and a substantial prize pool, Nigeriasoccernet.com gathered.

Mamelodi Sundowns, the reigning champions, will look to defend their title after securing their second victory in three years. ASFAR, the inaugural winners in 2022, will also be aiming to reclaim the trophy.

Morocco's hosting of this prestigious event follows the resounding success of the TotalEnergies CAF Women's Africa Cup of Nations in 2022, further solidifying the country's position as a leading hub for women's football on the continent.
