Super Falcons fly to South Africa for Olympic Qualifier

The Super Falcons of Nigeria are set to soar out of the country on Sunday night, bound for the pivotal return leg of their 2024 Olympic Games qualifier against South Africa, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.

Departing from the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport in Abuja, the players and their officials will journey to South Africa to defend their slim 1-0 advantage secured in the initial encounter.

In a high-stakes showdown scheduled for Tuesday at the Loftus Versfeld Stadium,  Pretoria, the stage is set for a gripping clash as both sides vie for supremacy and a coveted spot in the women's football event at Paris 2024.

With no reported injury from the first leg, all 22 players are expected to make the trip for Nigeria’s qualification for the first time in sixteen years.
