Giuseppe Signori, at that time at Lazio, scored in 1996 the three goals with which the capitolini won at the "Garilli" in Piacenza. Antonio Di Natale, forward of Empoli 18 years ago, scored three of the 4 goals with which the Tuscans, at the "Castellani", overcame Reggina 4-2.
