No concrete offers for Victor Osimhen - reports

Victor Osimhen is currently in a tricky situation at Napoli and According to Gazzetta dello Sport, the striker is growing increasingly frustrated with his club situation, but a move to a top European club hasn't materialized, Nigeriasoccernet.com gathered.

This frustration boiled over recently when Osimhen lashed out at former Nigeria coach Finidi George on Instagram Live. George had accused Osimhen of faking an injury to skip World Cup qualifiers, prompting an angry response from the striker. Osimhen vehemently denied the accusation and threatened to reveal "uncomfortable truths" if his name was mentioned again.

Adding to his woes, Osimhen's transfer prospects seem bleak. Chelsea, initially interested, have cooled their interest due to a managerial change and financial constraints. Attempts to swap Osimhen with Romelu Lukaku, favored by incoming Chelsea manager Conte, also fell through for similar reasons.

While Arsenal expressed interest in Osimhen, it hasn't translated into a concrete offer. Paris Saint-Germain, another potential destination, seem more focused on landing Napoli's Khvicha Kvaratskhelia.

Lucrative offers from Saudi Arabia exist, but Osimhen desires to stay in Europe and compete in the Champions League. This leaves Napoli in a precarious position. With no Champions League football and a player on a hefty salary exceeding the president's cap, Napoli risk being stuck with an unhappy Osimhen.

Sporting Director Manna is reportedly preparing for various scenarios. Potential replacements like Romelu Lukaku, Girona's Artem Dovbyk (with a €40 million release clause), and Feyenoord's Santiago Gimenez are being considered. Talks with Dovbyk's representatives are expected soon to assess the feasibility of a transfer, if needed by Napoli.
