Nigerian forward, Muhamed Tijani is poised to join Plymouth Argyle, a club in the English second tier, coached by England legend, Wayne Rooney, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.
Muhamed Tijani from Slavia Prague will join on a one-year loan, with an option to buy.
According to Pasoti, the deal is expected to be made public in the coming days.
Tijani was a member of Nigeria's Flying Eagles squad at the 2019 FIFA U-20 World Cup.
Plymouth Argyle narrowly avoided relegation last season, finishing just one point above the drop zone.
