Nathaniel Asamoah's comments on his future at Medeama SC has triggered interest from rivals Asante Kotoko and Hearts of Oak but the Phobians are likely to make the first bid.

The 25-year-old gangling striker revealed on a Accra-based radio station he would be willing to join Hearts of Oak at the right offer or make a return to the Baba Yara Stadium to join Kotoko.

Hearts of Oak are losing to improve their attacking options with a top notch goal-getter and would make a bid to land Asamoah who once played for Serbian giants Red Star Belgrade.

Hearts' attacking spearhead Gilbert Fiamenyo has netted 10 times in all competitions this season, a goal shy of Asamoah's 11 domestic stats.

Phobia bankroller Togbe Afede XIV has reportedly tabled down $25,000 to land Asamaoh on permanent basis. Alternatively Hearts are willing to sign the player on a one year loan to help them in their continental campaign as they look likely to reach the group stages of the CAF Confederation Cup.
