Lyon coach Peter Bosz stated his players committed mistakes like an "under-12s" squad after letting a two-goal lead slip away to draw 3-3 at home to Clermont Auvergne in French Ligue 1.
Elbasan Rashani, a Kosovo winger, scored twice in the last 10 minutes after Bosz's team had led 3-1 at halftime.
"I am of course very disappointed. We didn't defend well. We should have scored a fourth, I saw things you don't even see at under-12s level. It's a problem of confidence," Bosz said.
Lyon's fans booed the team off the field after full time, as Bosz, who arrived in the close season following a spell at Bayer Leverkusen, has yet to win in three games this season.
