Liga F: Rinsola Babajide put up a 5star performance in Tenerife's big win over Sevilla

Nigeria International Rinsola Babajide was vital for UDCA Tenerife in their big victory over Sevilla in the Spanish Women Football League on Saturday, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.

Babajide scored 1 and assisted 3 to help her side to a 5-0 win over Toni Payne's Sevilla at the Football Field (Adeje).

A corner kick from the Super Falcons forward was turned in by Thaís Ferreira after 2 minutes of action.

Babajide doubled the lead on 24 minutes a powerful left footed shot at the edge of the box that was roofed into the net.

She continued to be a pain the neck of the visitors after she beat her marker on 34 minute to cross to Koko who could not convert it for a goal.

5 minutes later, she continued her fine display and gave María Estella a fine pass and this time there was no failure as the Spanish international put the ball beyond goalkeeper Esther Sollastres.

Jassina Blom compounded Sevilla's woes with the fourth goal at the dead of half time.

A corner kick from Babajide in the 49th minute  was headed into the back of the net by María Estella for her brace of the day and Tenerife's 5th of the game.

Meanwhile, Babajide's compatriots and teammate, Gift Monday played for 12 minutes while her compatriot at the opposing side, Toni Payne played for 45 minutes.

The win takes Tenerife to 9th with 24 points while Sevilla remain 7th with 33 points.
