Nigerian forward Kenneth Ikugar has joined Czech Republic Premier League club, FC Zliñ as a Free Agent, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.
According to Zliñ, the 23-year-old striker signed a summer contract until the end of this season with an option for an extension.
Ikugar who has been with Zliñ training throughout winter finally completed his medicals in January and was deem worthy of a contract by the club as described by Coach Bronislav ?ervenka
"Kenneth fits us typologically. He can keep the ball, pushes himself into the box, reads the game well. Although of course he has a game and fitness handicap, he can definitely work with it, so I believe that he will help us and be of benefit to us," said ?ervenka.
After his move to the Czech Republic 3 years ago, joining Ústí nad Labem, he joined FC Vion in neighboring Slovakia before his move to Spartak Trnava where he became a free agent.
