Former Super Eagles defender, Ben Iroha has advocated for the appointment of a local coach for the team as he insist the what the 3-time champion needs is a Manager the players respect and are willing to play for.

Iroha who was a member of Nigeria’s golden generation in the 90s welcomed the Nff’s decision to throw the offer of the Eagles top job open and stressed that the process of hiring a permanent and long serving Boss must be meticulous and carefully done regardless of how long the process might run.
