"?Former PSG forward Zlatan Ibrahimovic is set to drop a huge announcement, presumably on his future, on Tuesday.
The 34-year-old is expected to join up with Jose Mourinho at Manchester United this week, and should be signing a one-year deal worth €17m, leaving the club with an option for a second year.
After a great performance in Sweden's 3-0 win against Wales on Sunday, the striker was quizzed on his next destination, and revealed that he will be making a major announcement in two days time.
"There will be a big announcement on the 7th. It will be this summer's big bomb," he said to Swedish television, (via the "?Mirror).
Sweden manager Boss Erik Hamren confirmed that the player would be allowed a break from international duty when things are in place
"We have days off. We plan our activities and the players can act based on that," he insisted.
"I'm not going to speculate about such things."
Ibrahimovic will soon be a free agent, with his PSG deal set to expire at the end of this month. He was keen on playing under Mourinho again, having worked with the Portuguese coach at Inter Milan.
He is set to earn a whopping £300,000-a-week, but with no transfer fee attached, it's basically a bargain for United.
The striker, despite his age, is still one of the most prolific frontmen in Europe, and just had his most successful campaign in front of goal, netting 52 goals in all competitions for the French champions.
United may have spent ridiculous amounts on players these past few seasons, but the veteran striker is set to become their biggest signing in years.
