"?"?T"?ottenham are not ready to throw in the towel to secure the signature of Swedish superstar and Manchester United target Zlatan Ibrahimovic, according to reports in Italy.

The striker is set to become a free agent in the summer after refusing to sign a new contract at Paris St-Germain and several clubs are thought to be in pursuit of the Swede, including Manchester United, former club AC Milan and several outfits in the Chinese Super League.

"I know what I want," he said in Stockholm. "The future is already written. I made my decision a long time ago."

Ibrahimovic stated in a previous press conference that the only Premier League club he would be interested in joining would be Man Utd, however the Gazzetta della SportO in Italy claims that Tottenham are not ready to give up the fight just yet.

The north London side will make a return to the Champions League next season and they believe that will give them the edge over the Old Trafford club.

Ibrahimovic has remained quiet on where his future lies in recent weeks, but an announcement is expected to be made before the start of Sweden's Euro 2016 campaign.

The Swede's next move could mark the eighth different club he has played at during the course of his remarkable career. Ibra was on blistering form last season at PSG, scoring 44 goals in all competitions, and helping win the French title for the Parisian club by an astonishing 31 points.
