It is reported that Juventus have a £19.8m buy-back clause, which was part of the £7m deal that took Berardi to Sassulo last summer. Tottenham have noticed Berardi's impressive performances, after being tipped to be one for the future.
The 21-year-old has had an impressive season with Sassulo, scoring eight goals and providing eight assists in all competitions. The Italian can play anywhere behind the centre-forward.
