Rumours had circulated that Narsingh was "?close to a move to the Swans but Clement has denied the rumour, stating that no deal has been made.
Speaking to "?Sky Sports News HQ, the former Bayern Munich Assistant Manager said: "He is a player we are aware of but no decisions have been made on ins or outs.
"When we played against him with Bayern, he scored in the game in Holland. We are aware of his talent but nothing more than that at the moment."
Narsingh has started the season well with PSV Eindhoven, making twenty appearances and scoring two goals. His side currently sit in third place, eight points behind leaders Feyenoord.
England fans may recognise his name from a friendly against the Netherlands last March, where he scored the winner as his side won 2-1.
Swansea may be looking to add some fresh faces to the side that currently sits 19th, only two points off the bottom.
But Clement has said that he wants to look at the quality of his squad before dipping into the transfer market. "I'm very conscious that the window is open and it shuts at the end of this month, so if we want to do anything we need to start making moves.
"But it's only fair of me to, first of all, assess the talent that we have got available and make a quick decision on where we need to strengthen and how we can improve this team."
