Super Agent Mino Raiola Avoids Disciplinary Action Despite Third-Party Ownership Row Involving Pogba

"?World renowned 'super agent' Mino Raiola has escaped disciplinary action despite being caught in the middle of a third-party ownership row in regards to Paul Pogba's record transfer to Manchester United, according to "?reports.

The 49-year-old, who represents Man Utd duo Ibrahimovic Paul Pogba among many others, kicked up a fuss last month when discussing the details of Pogba's switch to United from Juventus.

"?He claimed that 'Juventus were not the only owner of the player's rights', while dismissing suggestion that Pogba was owned by a third-party.

TPO was made illegal by FIFA in 2015, resulting in the sacking of former England manager Sam Allardyce, who was caught out by an investigative journalist speaking about TPO in the Premier League.

And although the FA came down hard on Allardyce by sacking him after just 67 days in the hot-seat, Raiola will escape such punishment for a similar offence.

Raiola raked in £24.1m from Pogba's £89m move to Old Trafford in the summer, marking the most expensive transfer of all-time.

His comments, as quoted in the "?Mirror, smartly side-stepped the issue of TPO while stating that 'Juventus were not the only owners.'

He said: "I can't talk about the contract but, in a deal like Pogba's, it's not just the clubs who earn from it."?

When asked if he was paid a fee by Juventus, he replied: "No "? not in the way that you're saying it."?

"I have to see how I can phrase this in a way that Juventus cannot tackle me through the law, let's say. Hmm. How can I say it? [Long pause.] Yes: in this deal Juventus was not the only owner of the player's rights.

"It's not TPO. Be careful with the legal definition of TPO. But let's say that in that case there was an upside for our side. And by our side, I mean the player's side."?

Juventus responded by saying: "No third party had any ownership of the player's rights."?
