"?Sunderland have officially completed their fifth signing of the summer, welcoming Atletico Madrid full-back Javier Manquillo to the Stadium of Light on an initial season-long loan deal.
The deal for Manquillo, who spent the 2014/15 campaign with Liverpool, before temporarily moving on to Marseille, comes with the additional option of a permanent transfer and a four-year contract.

The 22-year-old is the fourth defensive player to have joined the Black Cats in recent weeks, and the second right-back after ex-Manchester United youngster Donald Love.
Papy Djilobodji and Paddy McNair have also arrived on Wearside, while Adnan Januzaj has provided quality and energy further up the field - the Belgian scored his first goal in Sunderland colours in the EFL Cup this week.
Manquillo actually started his career in the youth ranks at Real Madrid before moving to cross town rivals Atletico in 2007 at the age of 13 following a release by Los Blancos.
He progressed through the ranks at Atletico and made his first-team debut in 2011. The loan to Liverpool followed in 2014 after only a handful of further senior appearances, but it was terminated after just half of the initial two-year agreement.
Manquillo played 31 times in Ligue 1 last season, although Marseille, struggling with financial difficulties also passed on the chance to make the deal permanent, opening the door for Sunderland.
