"?Barcelona defender Marc Bartra is available for just €8m after a clause in his contract came into effect due to the amount of games he played this season according to "?Sport.
Last summer, Bartra's release clause dropped from €40m to €12m for the same reason; he had not been selected for the minimum amount of matches in his contract.
Now, he's available for even more of a bargain although last summer he ended up staying as he was keen to fight for his place in the Barcelona first team.
Sport report that Bartra has had a change of heart after another season of playing second fiddle to Gerard Pique and Javier Mascherano.
The 25-year-old is expected to confirm the drop in his release clause and his intention to leave Barcelona this summer.
The Catalan side are also at risk of losing Mascherano as the Argentine has been heavily linked with a move to Juventus.
Dani Alves has also been mentioned as a possible Juventus target which would put the club at risk of losing too many experienced defenders in one transfer window.
Having so many players at risk of leaving could compel Barcelona to offer Bartra a new deal with an improved role.
