"?Roma midfielder Miralem Pjanic claims to be happy with life in the Italian Capital, but no guarantees or assurances have put his immediate future in some doubt.

The Bosnian international has 10 goals and 11 assists in 32 games, making him an attacking asset in Roma's fight at the top of Serie A. His defensive contribution can't be overlooked either, making more tackles this season than his highly rated midfield partner Radja Nainggolan.

Pjanic's contribution this season has led to links with Chelsea, Tottenham, Manchester United and Juventus so far, and the player has added fuel to the fire by suggesting no certainty around his future at Roma.

He told "?Roma TV: "Will I stay at Roma? You never know, but I have a two-year contract."

The player has a £31m buyout clause in his contract, which is a figure that is no longer intimidating in the world of football.

Despite the links to Juventus, their General Manager, "?Beppe Marotta dismissed the links, stating: "It's only normal good players are linked with Juve, but he's a Roma player and we have never entered into any negotiations with him." The Old lady has Edison Cavani and Isco transfer negotiations to get on with instead. They also want to cling on to Morata.

This makes it more likely for Chelsea, Tottenham or Manchester United to be the destination for Pjanic this summer. Chelsea are leading the pack though, "?having expressed confidence in meeting the buy-out clause and easily capable of matching Pjanic's desired £65,000 a week wage demand.
