The agent of star Everton forward Romelu Lukaku believes that only four clubs outside of England have the financial means to sign the Belgian striker, according to the "?Daily Mail.
Chelsea were heavily linked with the striker last summer, although Everton held firm and assured fans that they would not sell their star man despite the huge interest from both the Blues and across Europe.
Lukaku ended up staying and has scored four goals in his last two games, though Mino Raiola has now revealed he could even stay beyond this season.

He said: "We are talking, yes it is possible that he could stay. This year the message was clear he was not for sale and he is really happy there at the moment. We are happy with what the club is doing now, we will see how the season goes.
"There was talk of Juventus but no-one can afford him in Italy. Outside of England, realistically the only clubs that can afford him are Paris Saint Germain, Bayern Munich, Barcelona and Real Madrid.
"The beauty for Everton is the chairman Bill Kenwright. This man is one of the most amazing men I have met in my 35 years in football.

"I would like to have [him] as owner of my football club. He knows what players really need I believe, he is a great character who loves his club. It is a great strength."
Lukaku signed for Everton from Chelsea in 2014, but Antonio Conte's side are believed to want to add him to their striking ranks still. Lukaku has a strong strike rate in the Premier League and hit a hat-trick against Sunderland last week, before scoring against Middlesbrough at the weekend.
Raiola, though, revealed exactly what he said to his client after bagging three in the north east: "I spoke with him after his hat-trick against Sunderland. I said you were rubbish, you should have scored six!"
