Following an admission from "?Liverpool forward Christian Benteke that he would find it difficult to stay at the club if he wasn't a main part of Jurgen Klopp's plans, the Belgian striker's agent has taken to the media to fan the flames of a possible move.
Speaking to "?Tutto Mercato Web on Wednesday, agent Eris Kismet admitted that there had been contact over a possible move from some Italian clubs in the winter transfer window, while also discussing reported interest from Premier League giants Arsenal and Chelsea.

Kismet told the Italian outlet: "Interest from Italy? There are only rumours, but there was some contacts with Serie A clubs six months ago. Now, however, there is nothing. He is currently a player of Liverpool, we will analyse the situation later."
He added: "If there have been contacts with Chelsea and Arsenal? Many clubs want the player, it's obvious. But he is now only thinking to do well in the European Championship. He wants to win the competition with Belgium. We'll think about his future later."
Benteke had revealed earlier in the week that he was willing to consider a move to get more game time, saying: "At 25 years old, I'm neither old nor young but it's important to play. I still have a contract at Liverpool and I'd like to stay there, if I remain in the coach's plans. If that's not the case, it will become difficult to stay. I'll think about if after the Euros."?

The Belgian continued, saying: "When Klopp arrived, I saw that I wasn't in his plans. That was frustrating because I knew that during my first season at Aston Villa he wanted me. But we had several discussions together. I respect and I understand his decisions."?
