Reports from a Sky Sports Italia journalist have confirmed that Liverpool have made a €12m offer for Udinese midfielder Piotr Zielinski.
The offer was reported via Twitter by Guglielmo Cannavale at Sky Sports Italia, who revealed that Liverpool had made a bid for the player and that the Polish international was interested in a move to Anfield.

Zielinski has reportedly been on Liverpool's radar for several weeks, but was never their number one priority, with the club opting to hold out for Borussia Monchengladbach midfielder Mahmoud Dahoud.
The player also revealed how he admired current Liverpool coach Jurgen Klopp, but admitted that he wasn't sure if his playing style would suit the Premier League in a recent interview with WhoScored.com.
"I don't know if my playing style would suit the Premier League, and I haven't thought about my future yet," said the player who has spent the last two seasons on loan at Empoli, scoring five goals and assisting four in 35 Serie A appearances last season.
"As I said, it's my agent who deals with these topics. Regardless of my personal situation, Klopp is one of the best managers around and it would certainly be an honour to work with him."
It is understood that Napoli are not giving up hope on signing the 22-year-old, and will likely be making a bid of their own in the next couple of days.
Zielinski is currently with the Poland squad for the 2016 European Championships in France, and it is unknown whether or not he will be allowed to leave the team to decide on his future.
