"?Juventus have received a hammer blow after it was revealed that Paulo Dybala is set to miss two weeks' worth of football through injury.
The striker picked up a thigh strain in I Bianconeri's 1-0 defeat to AC Milan on Sunday and, in a statement published on the "?club's official site on Sunday, Juventus revealed the extent of the injury that is set to leave Dybala on the sidelines.
The statement read: "Medical examinations on Paulo Dybala have revealed that the Argentine sustained a severe knock to the posterior region of his right thigh in an incident with caused him to be withdrawn through injury during last night's match against Milan at the San Siro.
"Specifically, today's scan confirmed minor damage to the muscle, between first and second degree tearing, with the player set to further assessed in the coming days to better define the gravity of the injury."
Dybala is now set to miss crucial home matches against Serie A rivals Sampdoria and Napoli on Wednesday and Saturday respectively, while a home encounter in the Champions League with French outfit Lyon could also come too soon for the 22-year-old.
The ex-Palermo hitman could return to face Chievo on November 6 but, with the last international break of 2016 to follow that game, Juventus could hold back Dybala's return to full fitness until after the two-week domestic football stoppage.

Dybala played just 33 minutes of the Turin-based club's loss to the San Siro before being replaced by Juan Cuadrado against I Rossoneri after he pulled up with the thigh strain.
The forward has notched four goals and two assists in 12 appearances so far this term, including scoring the winning goals in the 2-1 triumph over Udinese on October 15.
After he completed a £27m move from Palermo in the summer of 2015, Dybala went on to lift a domestic treble with Juventus, with his form for the Italian side also earning him a nomination for the 2016 Ballon D'or award on Sunday morning.
