The defensive midfielder becomes the first signing of the January transfer window for manager Massimiliano Allegri, and appears to bring to an end the Italian club's desire to fill the void left by Paul Pogba in the summer.
Juventus had been linked with a raft of high-profile names following the departure of £89m Pogba to former club Manchester United, with the likes of Sevilla's Steven N'Zonzi, Zenit St Petersburg's Axel Witsel and Pogba's international team-mate Blaise Matuidi, who plies his trade with St Etienne, all rumoured to be interesting the Bianconeri.
It is Rincon, though, who has now been brought to Turin as Juventus look to defend their league crown by maintaining their position at the summit of Italy's top flight - the club having taken 42 points from 17 matches, with second-placed Roma four points off Juventus before the winter break came into effect in Europe.
The 28-year-old had played for Genoa ever since he completed a free transfer move from Bundesliga club Hamburger SV in the summer of 2014, but chose to end his two-and-a-half year stay at the Stadio Luigi Ferraris once Juventus came calling.
Rincon featured on 82 occasions for Il Grifone before opting to leave, and could make his debut for Juventus against Crotone when Serie A starts up again on Saturday.
The UA Maracaibo youth product becomes the first Venezuela international to play for the club, and has been capped 81 times by his country.
