"?Manchester United midfielder Juan Mata will make a decision on whether he wants to continue his career at Old Trafford at the end of the season, according to his father.
The 28-year-old is yet to agree a new contract, and with his current deal set to expire in 18 months, questions have been raised over his long-term future.
When Jose Mourinho was appointed as Louis van Gaal's successor in the summer, many onlookers assumed that the Spaniard would not have a place at United considering the pair's frosty relationship dating back to their time together at Chelsea, when the Portuguese coach deemed the player surplus to requirements.

However, Mata has been a regular fixture in Mourinho's side this season and has performed consistently, being one of few players to escape criticism from either the media or his manager. Despite seemingly being settled and in-form, Mata's father has still cast his son's future at the Premier League club in doubt.
"This season we have entered a new path with Mourinho," Mata Sr told Turkish newspaper "?Fanatik, as reported on Yahoo Sport.
"However, at the end of the season we will sit down and evaluate our future more seriously. Fenerbahce? Why not?"
Mata himself recently admitted to feeling angry about being written off at United.
"It gets to you because even if you don't read them [the newspapers] then a friend or a family member calls you and says, 'what is this, what is that, are you moving here, are you moving there?'," the United star told talkSPORT.
"There was a lot of things said that I didn't like and they were not true, that was the big problem. If they say something that is maybe happening then that is fine, but [when they are] creating stories I don't like [it]. They were saying that I was leaving, that I was going to this club, that I was speaking to this club, that I had conversations with the manager about this, that I was changing my number "? a lot of things that were not true."
