"?Leicester City hotshot Jamie Vardy will make a decision pertaining to his future before flying to France on Monday to represent England in the Euro 16 tournament.

BBC journalist David Ornstein has reported that Arsenal, who triggered the striker's release clause, have a four-year deal in place for the 29-year-old, and it is now up to him to decide.

Vardy set to give #AFC decision before flying to #EURO2016 with #ENG at 1130 Mon. 4yr deal in place, agreement with #LCFC - now up to #Vardy

The "?Telegraph is also reporting that Leicester will make Vardy a counter-offer within the next 24 hours, but the Gunners are confident they will land the player in the £20m deal.

Vardy is currently on £60,000-a-week, and the Foxes - quite desperate to hold on to him - will offer him a much larger sum.

He has been mulling over Arsenal's offer all weekend, but with Roy Hodgson advocating that he doesn't want any of his players embroiled in any transfer dealings whilst in France, the forward will have to make a choice very soon.

Arsenal and France forward Olivier Giroud all but confirmed the deal, claiming he was told that the Englishman was keen on joining the London side.

"I have been told that Jamie wants to join us and it's very good news for us - I think we can be complementary,"? said Giroud. "He's a fantastic player, so it's good news for us."

Giroud's place would certainly be under threat, yet the Arsenal man seemed to welcome the news.

"The boss wanted to sign at least one or two strikers, so I expected a top striker and I think it will benefit the club and hopefully he is going to score a lot of goals like he did at Leicester."
