"?England and Leicester City striker Jamie Vardy is unwilling to change his current routine which involves using nicotine pouches and spending little time in the gym.
Vardy, who sparked England's comeback win against Wales on Thursday, was recently pictured holding a pouch of powdered chewing tobacco. The type of tobacco is known as snus and Vardy places it in his mouth underneath his gum when on the pitch, according to a Leicester source.
Despite the anti-doping authorities currently monitoring the stimulant, Vardy insists he has nothing to worry about.
He told "?The Independent: "it's just something I've always done and they've been checked with the medical team and there's nothing wrong with them."
The 29-year-old also admitted to drinking a can of Red Bull as a part of his morning routine.
"It's just standard me, a bit of Red Bull. It's a regular thing whereby I have a Red Bull every morning. It's just something I felt I needed that day. I wouldn't call it a diet, the Red Bull was just to wake me up in the morning."
Jamie Vardy's having a party. Bring your nicotine patches and your Red Bull. Poor defending, instinctive finish, excellent linesman, 1-1.
The Premier League champion, however, has confessed that he does not include using the gym regularly as a part of his routine.
"If I go in the gym it will slow me down. I don't go in for weights or anything like that. Each and every person is different and this is my way, and I'm sure if someone else tried doing what I do then it probably wouldn't work for them."
And when asked about the last time he lifted a weight, Vardy replied: "probably that can of Red Bull the other day."
Vardy is currently considering his future at Leicester after Arsenal triggered a £20m release clause in the England striker's contract, but Vardy has said his focus right now is on the Three Lions.
"It's been easy [to shut that out]. I'm here to concentrate and focus on England and that's all I'm going to be doing."
