"?Leicester City travel to newly promoted Hull City on the opening day of next season and Foxes defender Danny Simpson believes that his team will be more pumped and in better shape to defend their maiden title than Chelsea were last season.
Simpson told the "?Mirror that Leicester City have been given heavy fitness training sessions this summer to maintain match sharpness and hopefully have a better opening to the season than last year's defending champions Chelsea.

He said, "After we won the title, we had our team meeting about our summer plans "? where we have to do this training and that training. That is just as important as the first day of pre-season. There will be a lot of expectation on us next season but the lads just take everything in their stride.
"We want to come back next season and improve "? we want to get better, defend it and give it a go. I think every single player is going to come back fully fit and ready to go for pre-season."
Simpson added that Leicester City's fans will provide the necessary support needed to keep confidence high, implying that there is a general acknowledgement that Pep Guardiola's Manchester City and Jose Mourinho's Manchester United will have to deal with the pressure of being title favourites.
The Foxes right-back added, "The Leicester fans know what we have achieved is unbelievable. Even when we are losing in a game they have always supported us "? that is what is good about the fans.
"I think they know next season is going to be hard. Every other team is going to strengthen but that is what helps us."?
