Dakkada International FC of Uyo has officially withdrawn from the 2025/2026 Nigeria National League (NNL) season, according to a statement issued on Tuesday by the league body, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.

In a circular signed by the NNL Chief Operating Officer, Danlami Alanana, the league confirmed it had received a formal notification from the Uyo-based club announcing its withdrawal from all league activities for the season.
Following the development, all scheduled fixtures involving Dakkada FC have been cancelled. The NNL added that an adjusted fixture list will be released soon, reflecting bye weeks where Dakkada was previously scheduled to play.
The league extended its regards to affected clubs and state football associations while assuring them of continued cooperation as the revised schedule is prepared.
