Chelsea are ready to energetically pursue incoming manager Antonio Conte's primary transfer target Radja Nainggolan, with "?Corriere dello Sport reporting that the Premier League side has launched a £32m bid for the Roma midfielder.
The Stamford Bridge side have remained hopeful of signing the flamboyant, mohawk-sporting midfielder, despite the player's own public assertions that he has no desire to move away from the Italian capital.
Chelsea have already had one bid turned down for the 28-year-old, but they are not prepared to give up that easily, with the club coming back armed with improved terms in an attempt to lure the Belgian to Stamford Bridge.

According to "?The Telegraph, the Blues are quietly confident of securing a deal for their longtime target after placing the responsibility of negotiations into the hands of director Marina Granovskaia, who has an excellent track record of pushing transfers through.
Nainggolan will link with Chelsea's Thibaut Courtois and Eden Hazard for Belgium's Euro 2016 training camp. He will also play alongside Everton striker Romelu Lukaku, who is apparently favouring a return to Chelsea this summer after confirming his desire to leave the Merseyside club.
The move for Nainggolan may hinge on Miralem Pjanic's future at Roma, with Football Italia saying the Serie A club will not be willing to lose their two biggest stars in the same summer. Juventus are reportedly circling the Bosnian, who has a £29m buyout clause.
