"?New Celtic boss Brendan Rodgers looks to raid his former club Liverpool by bidding for the Reds defender Andre Wisdom, the "?Scotsman reports.
Having signed for Liverpool as a fourteen-year-old in 2008, Wisdom received his call up to the Liverpool first-team by current England boss Roy Hodgson, and earned a contract extension in 2011 from Liverpool legend Kenny Dalglish.
Despite impressing in his early appearances in Europe and in the league under Brendan Rodgers in 2012, the defender would only go on to make 14 appearances for the club, before being shipped out on loan to Derby County, West Bromwich Albion and last season Norwich City, where he was relegated with the Canaries to the Championship.
Despite failing to make a clear impact on the first team at Anfield, Brendan Rodgers appears to be keen to bring the England U21 international to the Scottish champions, with reports suggesting that £3m bid will be made for the 23-year-old.
The former Red's boss has also tried to bring Liverpool youngster and defender Joe Gomez to Celtic Park, however this has been rebuffed by new Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp, who is keen to see the teenager develop at Anfield.

Former Sunderland and Scotland striker Steven Fletcher has also been linked to Celtic after the 29-year-old ended his contract with the Black Cats after a four-year-spell.
Fletcher, who had been on loan out in France with Olympique Marseille last season, stated that: "I honestly don't know [about the speculation]. I'd love to sit and tell you where I was going because it would be better for me. I've not had much contact with anyone yet."
