Italian national coach Antonio Conte has selected a "?preliminary 30-man squad for the Azzurri ahead of their campaign at Euro 2016.
The FIGC confirmed the selection on Monday, with Italian national team regulars Gianluigi Buffon, Giorgio Chiellini and Daniele De Rossi each named in the squad. It will need to be trimmed down to the final 23 by May 31, but the conditions fellow selections of Riccardo Montolivo and Thiago Motta wi"?ll be assessed before the final team is confirmed.
Three Premier League players in Angelo Ogbonna, Matteo Darmian and Graziano Pelle - who play for West Ham, Manchester United and Southampton respectively - are included in the team, alongside the likes of Thiago Motta, Leonardo Bonucci and former Premier League target Eder.
Italy reached the final of the last European Championships in 2012, though were beaten 4-0 by Spain in Kiev. They will face Belgium, Sweden and Republic of Ireland in the group stages next month.
