Liverpool's influential playmaking midfielder Philippe Coutinho has been urged to leave Anfield by Brazilian teammate Dani Alves.
Alves' comments come just days after Ligue 1 giants Paris Saint Germain "?prepared a £45m bid for the 23-year-old.
Coutinho has become a sensational acquisition at Liverpool after he made the £8.5m move from Inter Milan in 2013 and the Brazilian international enjoyed his most clinical season in English football to date, scoring 12 goals in all competitions, an achievement that was capped off with the Liverpool Player of the Season award.

However, despite Coutinho recently enjoying his most successful season on Merseyside, Dani Alves thinks a move to Barcelona would be preferable so he could join up with Brazilian teammate Neymar and ex-Liverpool ace Luis Suarez.

The pair both started in Brazil's opening game of Copa America against Ecuador. However, a resolute Ecuadorian defence meant the Brazilians failed to break the deadlock, with the game eventually finishing 0-0.
Next up for Coutinho and Co is a game against Caribbean minnows Haiti, which will be played in the early hours of Thursday morning.
