"?Liverpool and Arsenal target Raphael Guerreiro is on the verge of joining Borussia Dortmund, with the German club tabling a £9m bid, excluding bonuses.
Reports from "?talkSPORT suggest that, despite interest in the 22-year-old from English clubs Arsenal and Liverpool, Dortmund have made the first move in securing the left-back's signature on a four-year-deal, while Spanish champions Barcelona are reportedly monitoring the situation.
Both Arsenal and Liverpool now face a decision as to whether better Dortmund's initial bid for the FC Lorient player, or risk losing out on a talent who has been scouted and recommended by Europe's finest teams.
The Ligue 1 side's chances of hanging on to the defender meanwhile has been hampered by the fact that his contract is set to expire in 2017, meaning this could be the best opportunity for the French club to cash in on their young talent before he walks out of the club for free.
Dortmund manager Thomas Tuchel has reportedly been a big fan of the Portuguese youngster, and is very keen to bring him to the Bundesliga to boost his squad for the upcoming 2016/17 campaign.
Guerreiro moved to FC Lorient from Ligue 2 side Caen in 2013, after featuring in the Team of the Year 2013, signing a four-year-contract. He has gone on to score 10 goals in 102 appearances for the French side.
Internationally, the French-born youngster chose to represent Portugal, and only one year after his debut for the U21 side in 2013, he made his debut for the full senior side, playing in a Euro 2016 qualifier against Armenia, and is tipped to board the plane to France for this summer's tournament by pundits.
