"?AC Milan goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma has become a powerful force in Serie A over the past 12 months, cementing his place in Milan's first-team while earning plaudits from some of Europe's top footballers.
And now, the 17-year-old shot-stopper has an impressive statistic to boast after his clean-sheet against Pescara.
The 1-0 win saw the youngster become the goalkeeper with the most clean-sheets in Europe's top-five leagues this season, beating the likes of David De Gea and Bayern's Manuel Neuer.
Donnarumma has been tipped by many, including Italy legend Gianluigi Buffon, to become one of the world's best goalkeepers in the future, despite the fact that he isn't even old enough to drink alcohol yet.
He broke his way into AC Milan's first-team last season aged just 16, displacing veteran Christian Abbiati and causing Diego Lopez to be loaned out to Espanyol.
Gianluigi Donnarumma (AC Milan's Keeper) has the most clean sheets in Europe's top 5 leagues this season.
He is 17 years old. WOW.
And Abbiati, who has since retired from football, believes the youngster can emulate Gigi Buffon's success.
"I know them both well," Abbiati told QS-Sport. "Gigi is the greatest, but Gigio can do even better. I would avoid making comparisons for the moment, though, although I am certain of one thing -- when Gigi calls it a day, Gigio will be his worthy successor in the national team. He has no rivals.
"Buffon is the best there has ever been, full stop. There are many good goalkeepers around, like [Manchester United's David] De Gea, but nobody has had such a long and exceptional career as he has. His secret is the passion, otherwise he would never have lasted so long.
"It helps when you play for a winning team too and when you have great teammates, because training becomes enjoyable and there are no long faces."
