Giwa Loyalist Fires NFF DC

The NFF Disciplinary Committee on Thursday found Chris Giwa and four other members of his group – who claim parallel powers to the existing NFF Executive board- guilty of illegal acts and flagrant breach of football statues bringing the FA and football activities to disrepute in the Country

. The Committee thus issued a 5 year; ban from all football activities, on the affected persons, but in its response the group declared the decision illegal.

In a chat with footballlive.ng, the Rumson Baribote,who is the group’s Second Vice President, slammed the Committee for what he described as defamation of character declaring the convergence which prompted the ban as illegal.

Baribote suggested that the ” Chris Giwa board ” take firm action against the Amaju Pinnick-led executive board and bring an end to the lingering matter.
