Sampdoria midfielder Joseph Alfred Duncan is rallying support for the side ahead of the must-win game against Lazio on Saturday.

The Blue-Circled recorded a famous 4-1 win at Udinese last weekend to move up sixth on the league table with three games to end the season.

The 22-year-old Ghanaian international was on target alongside compatriot Afriyie Acquah as they romped to the win at the Stade Fruili.

Sampdoria are now within a distance of earning qualification to Europe and must grind out result at home to Lazio on Saturday and the former Ghana youth midfielder is urging the fans to fill the stadium.

“It will be a difficult challenge but we cannot lose the points at home. We want to achieve our goal of qualifying for Europe,” he said

"I would like to see the stadium full, it would be a magnificent spectacle.”

Dunca, who is on loan from Inter Milan has impressed heavily since he joined the side at the start of the season.
