The 20-year old midfielder, joined the 2-time Belgian Cup winners on a 4.5-year deal, from Botev Plovdiv in Bulgaria.

Nnadi was impressive for Nigeria at the last FIFA U-20 World Cup in Argentina where the team crash out on the quarter final to South Korea.

“Nnadi has a unique profile that we can use within our current core,” says Sporting Manager Tom Caluwé. “He is a strong and explosive midfielder who combines technique with a huge work ethic. At 20 years old, Nnadi is still very young, but we believe he can help build the future of Essevee.”

“I am so happy to be here,” Nnadi opens the debates. “I was often in contact with Ablo and I saw how he has blossomed in recent months at this fantastic club. It is the right time for me to make the move to Essevee. It will be an exciting few months ahead, but I look forward to building the future together with the team.”

Nnadi reunites after half a season, with Abdoulaye Traoré, who was also his teammate with the Bulgarians.
