Paa Kwesi Fabian

Ex-Ghana Under-17 coach Paa Kwesi Fabian will succeed Sellas Tetteh as the country's Under-20 coach, GHANAsoccernet.com can exclusively reveal.

Fabian, who currently manages Ghana Premier League side Inter Allies, will be appointed the substantive coach of the Black Satellites in the coming weeks.

The Ghana FA has settled on the experienced trainer as the man to steer the affairs of the country's Under-20 team with Sellas Tetteh expected to be booted out, insiders have told Ghana's leading football website, GHANAsoccernet.com.

Tetteh will be sacked upon his arrival in the country after failing to achieve his semi-final target at the ongoing World Youth Championship in New Zealand where the Ghanaians crushed out at the 1/16th stage.

The Black Satellites lost 3-0 to African neighbours Mali to condemn the future of the Rwanda national team coach.

The Black Satellites management committee has recommended the appointment of Fabian which is expected to be rectified by the Ghana FA.

GHANAsoccernet.com can reveal that more than 50% of the current Black Satellites squad was nurtured by the experienced former Hearts, Kotoko and Heart of Lions tactician.

Fabian is a talent spotter who travels around the country to identify emerging forces and almost set to be confirmed as the new man to be in the driving wheel.

I don't it's right to sack Silas Tetteh. He's been to the U20 thrice, won gold on first attempt and bronze in the second attempt. For me this is not a bad record. You can't win all the time. Silas should remain at post.
