English side Queens Park Rangers have been rebuffed in a bid to sign Marseille's Ghana international winger Andre Ayew.

The 25-year-old Ghana captain is out of contract in the summer and has also attracted interest from Everton.

Tottenham striker Emmanuel Adebayor has turned down the chance to move to QPR on loan.
