Esperance defender Harrison Afful insists there is no coming back for Hearts of Oak in their CAF Confederation Cup tie.

The Phobians have vowed to repeat historic feats of the past in Africa as they prepare to host the Tunisian giants in the return leg of their Confederation Cup tie on Saturday in Accra.

Hearts have a massive 4-0 deficit to make up for but remain defiant of their chances of progressing to the group phase at the expense of Esperance.

But Ghana defender of the Tunisian giants Harrison Afful doesn’t see how the Phobians can recover from the massive setback endured in the first leg.

“They claim they have done it before, that is true but we are in a new era,” Afful said moments after Esperance arrived in Accra on Thursday.

“We are confident we are coming here to finish of the job.

“Hearts is a great club with rich history and we respect them but we are also a good team.”
