Coaches Slam Referees With Bribery Allegations
Nigerian referees have been chosen for Egypt's game

The coach of Nigerian second tier side FC Zamfara Alhassan Muhammad has hit out at the referees saying they are paid money to win matches

Speaking exclusively to News agency of Nigeria from Ilorin where his team lost 1-4 to former too tier side Kwara United, the coach said that it was the centre referee to be blamed for the loss.

“In matches, you give referees money and you don’t give your players. There is no team in Nigeria that does not give referees money, but I accept that when you don’t have much you give littke” the coach was quoted saying.

But in a quick rejoinder, Nigeria Referees Association President Tade Azeez challenged the coach to name any referee he has bribed to.
