Bartholomew Ogbeche Can’t Stop Scoring In Holland, Nets Another Goal For Willem II

Forgotten Nigeria international striker Bartholomew Ogbeche Is showing no sign of slowing down on his new found form in front of goal for Dutch top division side Willem II.

33 year old Ogbeche took his season tally to nine goals in 12 games by scoring the opener for his team in their 3-0 win over VVV Venlo in a tie decided at the Koning Willem II Stadion ( Tilburg).

Ogbeche ?who also bagged an assist for the second goal scored by Willem II has found the back of the net in games against Sparta Rotterdam, VVV Venlo, Heracles Amelo, NAC Breda and Vitesse Arnheim.

VVV Venlo are his favourite opponent this season as he has scored five goals against them this season. A hattrick in their first meeting and a brace in today’s game, while the other team he has found the back of the net more than one is Heracles, with a brace against them.

He is presently four goals behind the league highest goal scorer Hirving Rodrigo Lozano Bahena of Mexico who has 12 goals for league giants PSV Eindhoven, although he has played 8 games more than the Nigerian.
