Spanish Giant FC Barcelona will commission their first academy in on the Africa soil in Lagos as part of the partnership between the club and the state according to Commissioner of Sport, Mr. Deji Tinubu.
Speaking on the direction of sports in the state, Mr. Tinubu stressed the need to raise the level of sports event organization and opportunities to the peoples.
